New Website After Five Months of Development

Written by Dr. Randy Leftwich, Chancellor | February 8, 2026

After five months of careful planning, design, and development, Queens College of Theology is proud to announce the official launch of its newly redesigned website, while also outlining upcoming improvements as we continue to reinvest in academic quality and institutional excellence.

From the beginning, our goal was to preserve the familiarity of our previous website while thoughtfully modernizing it. The new site is fully responsive across all devices, easier to navigate, and built to support significantly more information. Prospective and current students can now more easily search and access detailed information about our academic programs, tuition, and institutional policies.

Understanding that choosing a college involves comparing large amounts of information, we made transparency a central priority in this redesign. Many of our pages, especially those that contain dense or technical language, now include dedicated Frequently Asked Questions sections. These FAQs are designed to anticipate common questions and challenges, helping students better understand their options and move forward with confidence.

Transparency was especially important in how we present tuition and costs. The majority of Queens College of Theology students receive some form of financial aid, allowing them to earn their degrees at a low cost and completely debt-free. Our new website outlines pricing and total cost expectations so that students never feel uncertain or surprised. Our previous website simply did not have the infrastructure to support this level of clarity and detail.

Alongside the website launch, we are excited to announce the release of our campus radio station, The One, following popular demand from our student community. Currently enrolled students can access the station under the Student Services tab on the website or directly by visiting one.broadcast.radio.

This launch also marks the beginning of several upcoming improvements. We are actively reworking our student handbook and academic catalog to ensure accuracy and alignment with the information presented on our website. In addition, we are developing a comprehensive knowledge base that will include student help articles, writing resources, scholarly materials, and school policies. This knowledge base will utilize AI behind the scenes, allowing students to ask questions and receive clear, accurate answers based entirely on verified institutional information.

Queens College of Theology is also committed to greater transparency in student outcomes. We are making plans to publish this data on our website so prospective students can be confident that a degree from Queens College of Theology is respected, academically rigorous, and actively making an impact in churches and ministries around the world.

Finally, we are pleased to share that we are in the process of opening a new office in the greater Cincinnati area. Queens College of Theology was named after the Queen City of Charlotte, North Carolina, where the institution was founded. It is only fitting that our next expansion takes place in the other Queen City of America—Cincinnati, Ohio. This new office will support many of the school’s administrative functions and help us continue to grow sustainably.

We are deeply grateful for our students and our dedicated faculty, who consistently go above and beyond in shaping the next generation of Christian leaders. This launch represents not just a new website, but a renewed commitment to reinvesting in the school while choosing clarity, access, and excellence in theological education.
