At Queens College of Theology, we believe that dedicated students should have the opportunity to pursue their educational goals without the burden of traditional tuition costs. That's why for a limited time,  we have secured funding to offer the Academic Excellence Grant, a program designed to reward students who are committed to academic excellence and consistent progress toward their degree.

Students who meet the requirements of this grant receive a 100% tuition discount, potentially saving thousands of dollars over the course of their academic program.

A Commitment to Academic Excellence

The Academic Excellence Grant is designed for serious students who are prepared to make a substantial investment of time and effort into their education, full-time while meeting the standard admission guidelines.

To remain eligible after admission has been granted, students must:

  • Enroll in six courses per term.
  • Complete three academic terms each year.
  • Maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Earn no grade lower than a B in any course.
  • Remain in good academic standing throughout their program.
  • Remain current on program recurring fees as outlined in the cost of attendance estimate

These requirements ensure that grant recipients are making meaningful progress toward degree completion while maintaining a high standard of academic performance.

What the Grant Covers

Students who successfully meet the grant requirements receive a 100% tuition discount. This means that tuition charges are waived, allowing students to pursue their degree while significantly reducing the overall cost of their education.

Depending on the program and degree level, this grant can save students thousands of dollars in tuition expenses.

Student Fees Still Apply

While tuition is fully discounted, students remain responsible for certain institutional and academic fees associated with their program.

These fees include:

  • $300 Program Activation Fee each time a student's academic portal is activated.
  • $300 Annual Registration Fee
  • $300 Annual Technology Fee
  • $250 Graduation Fee
  • $500 Dissertation Fee (doctoral students only, if applicable)

Even with these fees, students receiving the Full-Tuition Academic Excellence Grant typically experience substantial savings compared to paying full tuition.

A Pathway for Motivated Students

This grant is ideal for students who:

  • Are highly motivated and self-disciplined.
  • Want to complete their degree on an accelerated timeline.
  • Can dedicate significant time each week to their studies (8+ hours).
  • Are committed to maintaining strong academic performance.
  • Want to minimize the financial cost of earning a degree.

Students who thrive in this program often view the grant as a partnership: Queens College of Theology invests in their education through a tuition discount, while students demonstrate their commitment through academic excellence and steady progress.

An Investment in Your Calling

Whether you are preparing for ministry, advancing your professional qualifications, or pursuing personal and spiritual growth, the Full-Tuition Academic Excellence Grant can make higher education more accessible and affordable.

By maintaining full-time enrollment and meeting the academic requirements, students can earn a respected degree while saving thousands in tuition costs. For dedicated learners who are ready to commit to excellence, this grant provides a remarkable opportunity to invest in their future without the financial burden of traditional tuition expenses.
